Returns and Exchanges
-Custom items or special order items are not returnable or exchangeable. These are considered final sale items.
-There is a 30 day limit from the date of shipment for return, exchange or to receive a store credit.
-Items returned must be in the original boxes, unused and be in saleable condition. Credit will be issued for merchandise only.
-Certain items are not returnable.

Merchandise covered in the shipment shall be released to the carrier in good condition, with full value declared. Full liability for the merchandise becomes the responsibility of the purchaser upon acceptance of the goods from us by the carrier. If subsequent damage is discovered, the customer is responsible to file all claims with the carrier / insurer, not, Andrew Lane Co. (See: CLAIMS).
CLAIMS: Any damage, whether visible or concealed upon inspection, shall be brought to the attention of the carrier and a claim for same filed with the carrier. All packaging material, items, cartons. etc. shall be held for inspection. A written copy of all damage claims must be filed with us within (10) days or they will not be honored. Any shortage claims shall be filed with us in writing within (5) days and shall be subject to our inventory, weight, packing and shipping records. All merchandise and packing materials shall be held for inspection.
RETURNS: All returned merchandise must receive prior written authorization. Return shipping fees shall be the responsibility of the customer if the item is not being returned for reasons of manufacturing defect.
